We all faced challenges during this period of adjustment, but everyone adapted and learned to work remotely. Fortunately, our company’s well-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and daily meetings made remote work effortless while ensuring constant monitoring of employees’ performance metrics.
Overall, I hold a positive attitude towards remote work, as it offers numerous advantages. It grants our company the opportunity for further staff expansion and growth, while providing employees with increased flexibility, inspiration, and the ability to maintain a healthier work-life balance by being closer to their loved ones and families.
Consequently, I endorse the remote work approach across all my businesses. However, I believe in striking a balance, aiming for a 50/50 split between remote work and live meetings. “For me, as the founder, all of our projects hold a special place in my heart. During the introduction stage, we carefully select the people we want to work with, and the same principle applies to toxic clients. As a result, 90 percent of our projects have been ones we genuinely enjoy, providing us with an incredibly rewarding experience.
My involvement in the sales aspect of the company includes communicating with clients, especially during the pre-sales phase of significant projects. It is of utmost importance for me to identify clients with whom we can resonate right from the start.
Establishing long-term relationships with clients is of much greater importance to me than merely completing a project within a short span of 3-6 months and then moving on. I believe in nurturing these connections to grow into something more profound. In fact, with some of our clients, we have developed close friendships and fruitful partnerships, collaborating on many projects.
